Why Hotel Pickup Matters

One of the most frequently cited barriers to booking adventure tours in Marrakech is the logistics of getting from your hotel to the tour departure point. The city's famously confusing medina streets, the difficulty of finding taxis during peak hours, and the challenge of navigating to an unfamiliar location in a foreign country can make even the most enthusiastic travellers hesitate. This is exactly why Quad Morocco offers free hotel pickup on every tour — we want the adventure to start from the moment you wake up, not from the moment you finally figure out where you're going.

How the Hotel Pickup Process Works

The process is simple. When you book your tour via WhatsApp, simply tell us the name and address of your hotel or riad. Our driver will arrive at the reception of your accommodation at the agreed time in a clean, comfortable vehicle. There's no need to meet at a complex location or navigate the medina's narrow streets with a map — your tour literally begins at your front door.

For riad accommodations located within the medina (where vehicles cannot reach the front door), our driver will meet you at the nearest accessible point — typically a main square or street that can be reached by car. We'll provide specific instructions via WhatsApp before the tour day so you know exactly where to go.

Coverage Area

Free hotel pickup covers all hotels, riads and guesthouses in central Marrakech, including the medina, Gueliz (the new city), and the Palmeraie area. For accommodations outside this zone — such as hotels in the outskirts or near the airport — a small supplement may apply. Simply mention your accommodation when booking and we'll confirm the pickup arrangements.

Pickup Timing

We work around your schedule as much as possible. Group tours have fixed departure times, but we adjust the pickup time to account for your hotel's distance from the tour base. We'll confirm your specific pickup time via WhatsApp the evening before your tour. For private tours, there's significantly more flexibility in choosing your preferred departure time.

Return Drop-Off

The same vehicle and driver return you to your hotel at the end of the tour. If you'd like to be dropped at a different location — a restaurant in Gueliz, the Jemaa el-Fna square, or the airport for a late departure — just let us know in advance and we can accommodate most requests.
