1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a tour with Quad Morocco (via WhatsApp or any other channel), you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the client") and Quad Morocco ("the operator"). Please read them carefully before booking.
2. Booking Process
2.1 How to Book
All bookings are made via WhatsApp (+212642829281). A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Quad Morocco via WhatsApp. Verbal agreements or enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking.
2.2 Booking Information Required
To complete a booking, you must provide: full name, contact number, preferred tour, preferred date and time, number of participants (including ages for any minors), and hotel/accommodation name for pickup.
2.3 Group Bookings
For groups of 10 or more participants, a minimum of 72 hours advance notice is required. Private group bookings are subject to availability and specific pricing — please enquire via WhatsApp.
3. Payment
Payment is typically made on the day of the tour, in cash (Moroccan Dirham MAD or Euros accepted) or as otherwise agreed via WhatsApp. For large group bookings or peak season reservations, a deposit may be required to secure the booking. Deposit amounts and payment methods will be confirmed via WhatsApp at time of booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Client Cancellations
- 48+ hours before tour: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24–48 hours before tour: Full refund or rescheduling at no charge
- Less than 24 hours before tour: 50% cancellation fee may apply
- No-show without notice: Full tour fee charged
4.2 Operator Cancellations
Quad Morocco reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to: severe weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment failure, or force majeure events. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or a free alternative date. We are not liable for any consequential costs (e.g. non-refundable flights or accommodation).
5. Refund Policy
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Deposit refunds are subject to the cancellation policy above.
6. Age Requirements
- Quad bikes (solo rider): Minimum 16 years with parental consent; 18+ without
- Quad bikes (passenger): Minimum 8 years with adult rider
- Buggies (driver): Minimum 18 years; no licence required
- Buggies (passenger): Minimum 8 years
- Camel rides: All ages welcome; infants in arms at guide's discretion
Quad Morocco reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who appears to be under the minimum age without valid identification.
7. Safety Rules
All participants must:
- Wear the provided helmet and safety gear for the entire duration of quad/buggy activities
- Follow all instructions given by guides at all times
- Not consume alcohol before or during any motorised activity
- Inform the guide of any medical conditions before the tour begins
- Maintain a safe following distance from other vehicles
- Not overtake the lead guide vehicle
- Stay on designated trails
Failure to comply with safety rules may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
8. Liability Waiver
Participation in Quad Morocco tours involves inherent risks including but not limited to: falls, collisions, dust exposure, sun exposure, and general physical activity risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Quad Morocco, its employees, guides and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, damage or death arising from participation in our tours, except where such injury or loss is caused by our gross negligence.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities before your trip to Morocco.
9. Health and Fitness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the chosen tour. Please inform us if you have: back problems, heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, recent surgery or any condition that may be affected by physical activity or vibration. We reserve the right to refuse participation on medical safety grounds.
10. Personal Belongings
Quad Morocco accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings, including cameras, phones, jewellery and other valuables. We recommend leaving valuables at your hotel when on tour.
11. Photography and Media
By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for use on Quad Morocco's website, social media and promotional materials. If you do not consent, please inform your guide before the tour begins.
12. Behaviour and Conduct
Quad Morocco reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour endangers themselves or others, or who is disrespectful to guides, other participants, local communities or animals. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
13. Environmental Responsibility
All participants must respect the natural environment. Littering, disturbing wildlife, or damaging vegetation is strictly prohibited. Please follow your guide's instructions regarding designated routes.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from bookings with Quad Morocco shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
