We offer free hotel pickup from any accommodation in Marrakech city centre. Simply message us your hotel name when booking.
For those driving independently, our base is located in the Palmeraie area, northeast of Marrakech medina. WhatsApp us for exact GPS coordinates.
Booking FAQs
Simply send us a WhatsApp message with: (1) your chosen tour, (2) preferred date, (3) number of people. We'll reply within minutes with confirmation and pickup details.
We accept payment on the day of the tour. For large groups or during peak season, we may ask for a small WhatsApp-confirmed deposit to secure your booking.
Cancel 24 hours or more before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee. Please see our full Terms & Conditions for details.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. During peak season (Oct–Apr) and weekends, 48–72 hours notice is advisable. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible — just ask.
Absolutely! We accommodate groups of all sizes. For groups of 10+, please contact us at least 3 days in advance so we can ensure enough vehicles and guides are available.
