Why We Use WhatsApp for Bookings
In Marrakech's adventure tour industry, WhatsApp has become the gold standard for booking — and for good reason. It's fast, direct, personal and available 24/7. Unlike booking forms that take days to process, or phone calls that require specific language skills, WhatsApp lets you communicate in your preferred language, ask questions in real time, and receive confirmed bookings within minutes. At Quad Morocco, we respond to all WhatsApp booking requests within 15 minutes during operating hours (8am–8pm), and we read every message outside those hours too.
Step 1: Choose Your Tour
Browse our full tour list at quadmorocco.com. We offer 12 different tours ranging from a two-hour Sunset Quad Bike in the Palmeraie to a full-day Agafay Desert adventure with quad, camel, pool and lunch. Make a note of your preferred tour and your group's composition (number of adults, children, ages if children are involved) before opening WhatsApp.
Step 2: Open WhatsApp and Send Your First Message
Open WhatsApp on your phone and search for +212 642 829 281 — or tap the booking link on any page of our website to open the chat with a pre-filled message. Your opening message should include: your name, your tour choice, your preferred date and time, and the number of people in your group. Example: "Hello! My name is Sarah, I'd like to book the Quad Bike & Camel Ride Palmeraie tour for 4 adults on December 15th, preferably in the afternoon."
Step 3: Wait for Our Response (Usually Within 15 Minutes)
We respond quickly. During operating hours, you'll typically receive a reply within 10–15 minutes. Our response will confirm availability, provide the exact pickup time based on your hotel location, and answer any questions you included in your initial message. We'll also ask for your hotel name if you haven't provided it, so we can arrange pickup.
Step 4: Confirm Your Booking
Once we've confirmed the details, simply reply with a confirmation message — "Great, that works perfectly!" is sufficient. We'll send you a final confirmation with: tour name, date, pickup time, pickup location (your hotel or a nearby accessible point), and our WhatsApp number to contact on the day. Save this message as your booking reference.
Step 5: The Day Before Your Tour
The evening before your tour, we'll send a brief reminder via WhatsApp confirming tomorrow's details. If anything has changed in your plans, this is the ideal time to let us know. On the day of the tour, your driver will contact you via WhatsApp approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to confirm they're on their way.
Payment: Cash on the Day
Unless you've arranged a deposit for a large group booking, payment is made in cash on the day of the tour in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) or Euros. There's no need to pay in advance, and there are no hidden fees. The price you're quoted via WhatsApp is the price you pay. Gratuities for guides and drivers are entirely voluntary but warmly appreciated.
